We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced Conference and Banqueting Supervisor to join our friendly team at Foxhills Club & Resort in Ottershaw Surrey.
Reporting to the Conference & Banqueting Manager and supported by a team of F&B Assistants and porters you will ensure that weddings, meetings and events from 2 to 200 people run like clockwork. You will be aware of every event, understand the requirements and ensure that the team is fully prepared in advance so that Foxhills cannot fail to deliver a superb guest experience. Your team will also provide porter services and support the reception team to exceed guest expectations.
You will have direct contact with clients and colleagues so your communication skills will be superb. Calm in a crisis and able to cope with conflicting demands. We are seeking a truly unflappable person to organise and guide the team.
The role is full time for 40 hours per week on a 5 days out of 7 basis, including weekends and bank holidays.
- Prior C&B experience with Team Leader or supervisory experience preferred
- Able to train and develop junior team members to deliver consistent service standards
- A friendly and welcoming personality

- Organised with good attention to detail
- Ability to manage rotas, timesheets and holiday planning
- Smart personal presentation and polite manner
- Good standard of written and spoken English
